Each of the 8 existing housing and 'structured' room, private bathroom with hairdryer, a relaxation area, area garret bedroom and living room with sofa bed for two persons and a kitchenette.

The apartments are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV 21-inch, CD and DVD reader, radio with MP3 player, a microwave and ADSL internet connection free of charge.
Two apartments are equipped for guests with disabilities.

The first breakfast is provided in the room.
